Privacy Policy
We're East Tennessee Air Company. Here's what we collect, what we do with it, and what you can do about it. We keep this plain because you deserve a straight answer, not a wall of legal text.
What We Collect
When you fill out a contact form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your HVAC situation. We only collect what you voluntarily provide — we don't pull data from anywhere else.
If you call us directly, we'll collect whatever information you share over the phone so we can schedule your service or follow up with you.
How We Use It
We use your contact information for one thing: to respond to your service request. That means calling or emailing you back, scheduling an appointment, or sending an estimate. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with marketing companies. We don't add you to a list without your permission.
If you give us your email, we may use it to follow up on your service request or send occasional updates about our services — but you can opt out any time by replying and asking us to remove you.
Cookies and Tracking
This website does not currently use analytics tracking or advertising cookies. We don't run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tools at this time. The site is static — no login, no user accounts, nothing being tracked across sessions.
If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and let visitors know clearly what's being collected and why.
Third-Party Services
Our contact form is currently display-only — it does not yet send data anywhere. We're in the process of selecting a form submission service and will update this policy when that's in place.
If you call us, your call may be handled through a standard phone carrier. We don't use call recording or third-party call tracking services.
Your Rights
You have the right to ask us what information we have about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Just reach out — we're a small local business and we'll respond personally.
If you're a Tennessee resident, you may have additional rights under Tennessee state law. If you're a California resident, California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) rights may apply to you as well. Contact us if you have questions about your specific rights.
